Andrea Wolf merges artistic research with scientific curiosity. With meticulous care, she collects organic material and everyday objects, transforming them into objects, textile works, and installations. Since 2023, she has focused on the BIOMASSA series. Although made from inorganic materials such as nylon and synthetic wax, these works appear strikingly alive–resembling human skin or organs, or perhaps mysterious sea creatures such as corals and single-celled organisms.
